1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InSeats ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

InSeats is an online marketplace that connects ticket buyers with ticket sellers for live events, including concerts, sports, theater, festivals, and other experiences. InSeats does not own, hold, or price tickets. All tickets are listed by third-party sellers who set their own prices, which may be above or below the original face value.

3. Account Registration

To purchase or sell tickets, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Purchases and Pricing

All prices displayed on InSeats include applicable service fees and are shown in the local currency of the event unless otherwise stated. When you complete a purchase, you are entering into a binding transaction. Prices are set by sellers and may differ from the original face value of the ticket. InSeats charges a service fee on each transaction to cover platform operations, customer support, and our buyer guarantee.

5. Ticket Delivery

Tickets purchased through InSeats will be delivered electronically unless otherwise specified. Delivery times vary by event and seller, but most tickets are delivered within minutes of purchase. In some cases, tickets may be delivered closer to the event date based on venue or artist restrictions.

6. Buyer Guarantee

Every purchase on InSeats is protected by our 200% Money-Back Guarantee. If your tickets are not valid for entry, are not delivered in time, or are materially different from what was described, you are eligible for a refund of up to 200% of your purchase price. 7. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which covers cancelled events, invalid tickets, and non-delivery. Rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds; your tickets will remain valid for the new date.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions; (c) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform; (d) list counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent tickets; (e) resell tickets in violation of applicable local laws or venue policies; (f) interfere with the proper operation of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on InSeats, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of InSeats or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InSeats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of InSeats shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
